A historic 1953 farm-themed motel on University Avenue has been transformed into the Farmhouse Collective, a vibrant new hub for music, shopping, dining, and live entertainment. Officially opened in March 2025, the project revitalizes a long-vacant local landmark, aiming to create a unique community gathering space. The Farmhouse Collective is designed to be an evolution of the food hall concept with a strong emphasis on community engagement.
